Rimuut enables freelancers to send tax-deductible invoices to clients located anywhere and collect payments in compliance while saving time by ruling out bureaucracy.

As a Rimuut user you become a "subcontractor", in which case Rimuut is your "digital service reseller" and your client "buyer". Rimuut invoices the buyer, collects payment and transfers subcontractor's earnings in less than 24 hours.

Incorporation comes with financial burden and red tape, which is why it never was a freelancers first choice. Freelancing’s volatile nature unfortunately does not play well with these types of structures. Using Rimuut helps freelancers avoid all the fixed and variable costs of incorporation, rules out bureaucracy and saves time.

No. On the contrary, Rimuut is built for unincorporated freelancers to save them from the financial and mental burden of incorporation.

Not directly. However, since Rimuut makes it easy for freelancers to work with clients located anywhere in the world in compliance, you will potentially have more customers.

You can contact our customer team through live chat anytime to get answers to all of your questions.

Rimuut provides a location-independent service, meaning you can invoice your customers from anywhere in the world as long as they have a valid tax ID. The absence of a tax ID may result in additional taxes by the tax laws and regulations of the country of residence.

Except for the countries that money transfer is prohibited by international regulations, policies, and laws against crime, you can send invoices to any country, in more than 60 currencies including but not limited to TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HRK, HUF, JPY, NOK, PLN, RUB, SEK, ARS, BGN, BRL, NZD, RON, SGD, AED, BDT, CLP, CNY, COP, EGP, GEL, IDR, ILS, INR, KES, KRW, LKR, MAD, MXN, MYR, NGN, PEN, PHP, PKR, THB, TZS, UAH, UGX, VND and ZAR.

For each currency, there is a minimum invoicing amount of 100 EUR or equivalent. However, there are no limits on how high you can go. You can give our pricing calculator a try with different amounts and currencies to see the limits for your use case.

Your client can pay the invoice for your service after going through a simple verification process without registering. However, it is best for your client to sign-up to Rimuut to easily manage and document their business relations with the solo talents they work with.

First, if you haven't done it yet, get yourself verified by providing your ID and add a bank account/virtual IBAN to your profile. Then add your client's information under Clients. After that, on the New Invoice screen, pick a client, fill in the invoice amount, project details, and that's it.

The invoice does not contain any information other than Rimuut’s, your customer’s, and the transactional details like the service description, the sum amount, etc.

Rimuut invoices are internationally accepted invoices and can easily be integrated into the accounting procedures of businesses for a tax deduction due to local regulations.

You can use Rimuut’s invoicing features as long as you are providing a digital service. Excluding services where physical goods (e.g. eCommerce, dropshipping) or a physical presence (e.g. auto repair, home cleaning) you may use Rimuut to invoice your clients.

Your client is required to have a company name, company address, and a valid VAT (EU)/Tax ID. Through our Know Your Customer (KYB) process, we check your client's information as well. Please note that VAT might apply to your invoice in the absence of a valid tax ID.

Every human being is required to pay taxes in their country of residence. Freelancers using Rimuut are also subject to taxes for their earnings and very soon will be offered tax assistance service to help them fulfill their tax obligations.

We have our own Know Your Customer (KYC) protocol which is obliged by laws and regulations for operations where financial transactions are involved. This is for your, your client's, and Rimuut’s safety, plus for anti-fraud and anti-money laundering precautions.

We work with several payment gateways and strategic partners on a global scale to handle payments and offer payment options such as credit card, bank transfer, and e-money for your and your client's convenience.

Your customer can pay in the following currencies: TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HRK, HUF, JPY, NOK, PLN, RUB and SEK.

When you invoice your customers, you can pick one of the options from TRY, USD, EUR, GBP, AUD, CAD, CHF, CZK, DKK, HKD, HRK, HUF, JPY, NOK, PLN, RUB, SEK, ARS, BGN, BRL, NZD, RON, SGD, AED, BDT, CLP, CNY, COP, EGP, GEL, IDR, ILS, INR, KES, KRW, LKR, MAD, MXN, MYR, NGN, PEN, PHP, PKR, THB, TZS, UAH, UGX, VND and ZAR.

If you choose to receive the amount in EURs and into your virtual IBAN, you'll get €951 for an invoice worth €1000. You can use our pricing calculator to test different amounts, currencies, and payment options.

Yes. Due to laws and regulations, the account your payments would be sent to needs to be in your name and must be the same as shown in the official ID document you’ve provided. Otherwise, the system will halt the payment until the issue gets resolved.

Thanks to our licensed strategic partners in the payment industry we ensure the safety of all the transfers on our platform. Each step of the payment process is secured with 256-bit encryption and tested by professionals to ensure that no leak/intrusion is possible, and is monitored continuously.

When the invoice amount arrives at Rimuut's bank accounts, if your Rimuut profile is KYC verified, you receive your earnings within a business day (except bank holidays)

Sorry, but no. You can only use the invoicing service if the transaction is processed through Rimuut.

Virtual IBAN is a virtual account reference number allocated by a banking or payments provider to provide local payment options in multiple territories and is used to route incoming payments to a different nominated bank account. Having a virtual IBAN in your Rimuut profile enables you to receive faster payments with better rates.

A Service Agreement is a written contract that sets out the terms and conditions for service between a Customer (client) and a Service Provider (freelancer).

A Non-disclosure Agreement (NDA) is a legal contract or part of a contract between at least two parties that outlines confidential material, knowledge, or information that the parties wish to share with one another for certain purposes, but wish to restrict access to.

Rimuut's contract services are free, since we want to help freelancers without burdening them with micro-transactions or paywalls.

Yes. Each agreement, NDA, and any legal document you generated in Rimuut for use with a client is legally binding and holds value in courts. Each agreement has a corresponding timestamp, digital signature (the initial input by your client and you), and IP log that can be used as binding evidence.

You can create contracts and NDAs in a few steps: Select a contract type first and then select a client, enter a few details about the project, and your document is ready to be shared with your client.

In case the delivery is completed through the platform, if your client does not make the payment associated with the invoice, the delivery will stay locked. This is why we advise you to use Rimuut’s service delivery system to stay on the safe side. Unfortunately, for other cases where the delivery is completed outside our platform, we are not able to take any actions for payment collection.

If you choose to receive the amount in EURs and into your virtual IBAN, you'll get €951 for an invoice worth €1000. You can use our pricing calculator to test different amounts, currencies, and payment options.

We have a transparent pricing policy to ensure that what you see on the invoicing screen is what you get. Though in some cases where we need to use the SWIFT network, additional fees that your bank may charge you with may appear, and that’s outside of Rimuut’s hinterland.

Starting a traditional business involves several fixed costs and can take between a week and two months. You’ll also need to hire an accountant, pay notary costs, and more. Using Rimuut helps you avoid those costs and rule out bureaucracy and plays well with digital nomads and freelancers that operate on a global scale.

Depending on your and the client's location, invoice currency, payment method, and payment currency, payment providers' fees may differ. It's advised to invoice your customers in EURs and accept payment into a virtual IBAN account for the best fees.

To secure your payment, your rights, and mutually understand what your services/obligations are, signing an agreement with your customer is a best practice. That way, you and your client can steer clear of any misunderstandings, operational costs, or misleading wordings which may result in a dispute, and delays or cancellations in your payment.

We have a transparent pricing policy to ensure that what you see is what you get. Though in some cases where we need to use the SWIFT network, there may be additional fees that either the intermediary banks or your bank may charge you.

Your name, a valid e-mail address, and bank account information for collecting payments are needed to use Rimuut for invoicing and getting paid.

By international and local laws, we cannot accept any freelancer/service provider under the age of 18.

Rimuut for Businesses

Rimuut enables businesses to engage in solo professionals located anywhere in B2B fashion to minimize payroll and accounting responsibilities and eases collection and processing of invoices, as well as cross-currency pay-outs with tools and features developed with a business-first mindset.

Select "I'm a Business" on the registration page, use a valid corporate e-mail address to sign up, and fill in the necessary information about your business. After your business is verified, you can log in to Rimuut and manage your business relationship with the solo professionals you work with.

When an invoice is created on our system, Rimuut legally becomes the digital service reseller, which makes Rimuut, the freelancer and yourself “Reseller”, “Subcontractor” and “Buyer” in that order. First you go through our verification process. When your payment arrives in Rimuut's accounts you receive your commercial invoice automatically. The transfer to the freelancer's account starts immediately and it arrives in less than 24 hours.

Bulk Payment is a feature that we developed for businesses in need of paying multiple freelancers at once. To do so, you just have to fill in a pre-formatted .xslx document with the freelancer, payment and service details, upload it and proceed to the payment page. After making payment you'll immediately receive a consolidated invoice or individual invoices according to your preference. Please get in contact with our Customer Team if you like the Bulk Payment feature to be enabled for your business.

Rimuut is not a job marketplace, instead, is a service provider that bridges the financial gap between businesses and freelancers, enabling you to optimally engage your existing talent ecosystem.

Depending on your and the talent's location, invoice currency, invoice amount, payment method, and payment currency, payment providers' fees may differ.

Since Rimuut is a platform developed with businesses in mind, the accounting process for Rimuut invoices is seamless and works just like any other B2B digital service invoice, and does not contain any hidden fees or extra charges for accounting.

Rimuut invoices are internationally accepted invoices. You can utilize Rimuut invoices for the recognition of your expenses and therefore easily integrate them into your accounting procedure for a tax deduction due to your local regulations.

Special pricing for businesses is based on the transaction volume. Please contact our Sales Team to get the best offer if you have a high-volume business.
